Room Prices

Prices below are per room per night. The price includes buffet breakfast, all taxes, bedlinen and towels, FREE Wifi internet access and guestcard. The guestcard includes FREE local public transport (including skibus) (www.bayerwald-ticket.com) as well as free or reduced entry to to a number of local attractions.

Discounts: Apply only when payment is made in full at the time of booking.
Stays of 5 nights or more: 5% reduction
Stays of 7 nights or more: 7.5% reduction

Half Board Please note this option is taken at the Poschlstuben, 5 minutes walk from the guesthouse.

Terms & Conditions:

1. You can reserve a room, by paying a 50 % deposit, by PayPal or Euro bank transfer, within 4 working days of making a provisional booking. We will also accept your Visa or MasterCard details in lieu of deposit.

To receive any of our discounts or special offer deals, full payment MUST be made at the time of reservation.

2. The balance, if applicable, must be paid at the guesthouse before departure. As well as Visa or Mastercard credit cards we will also accept cash or electron/giro debit cards when making balance payments on departure.

3. No refunds/discounts for early departures or alterations to bookings.

4. Our normal check-in time is 4.00pm to 7.00pm. But we do aim to be as flexible as we practically can. Please let us know if you expect to arrive at a different time.  If you are arriving earlier by arrangement we are happy for you to have your room if it is ready, but we can’t guarantee rooms will be ready before 4pm, particularly at busy times. If your room is not ready, you can leave your bags with us, park your car (if space is available) and return later. If you plan to arrive after 7pm, please call ahead so that we can arrange for someone to greet you and check you in.

5. Check-out time is no later than 10.00am. It's normally possible to leave bags with us and your car in our parking area until Midday on your day of departure, please ask.

6. The Guesthouse and its entire grounds are NO smoking areas. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without refund for guests who do not adhere to this rule.

7. Although we have a dog ourselves, guests pets are NOT allowed.

8. Any breakages must be paid for BEFORE DEPARTURE.

Cancellation Policy.

All cancellations and alterations MUST be made in writing; by post, fax or by e-mail.

• Deposits are normally non-refundable, however, if a cancellation is made with more than 14 days notice from the start date of your planned stay, then:

• For bookings that have already been paid in full, we will refund 50% of the monies paid. The remaining 50% deposit, can be transferred to a future booking provided it is taken within 3 months and the full tariff is paid at the time of making the fresh reservation. 

• For bookings where the 50% deposit only has been paid, the deposit can be transferred to a future booking provided it is taken within 3 months and the full tariff is paid at the time of making the fresh reservation.

• TRAVEL INSURANCE is strongly recommended! In the case of cancellation, we are happy to assist you with any appropriate paperwork, if required by your travel insurance company.
